What the critics said

Addams Family

Production Designer Jim Padovano delivers a visual reality for this story that’s gorgeous. I love the color pallet. It’s all black and white with little accents of red. There’s the occasional splash of alarming yellow to contrast against everything. The simplicity of that aesthetic makes quite an impact.
— Russ Bickerstaff
A Little Night Music

The clever tri-sided set design by Jim Padovano effectively delineates the various locations of the story without cluttering the stage.
— Shepard Express
A Little Night Music

The handsome, streamlined set is visually stunning!
— Marilyn Jozwik
Songs For a New World

The next thing to hit you is the lighting by Jim Padovano, spilling onto the band and gently moving around the stage, always maintaining a focus on the actors/singers.
— Dave Begel
Bridges of Madison County

The set and lighting designs (Jim Padovano) are impressive and seamlessly changed, resulting in a very moving, well-paced production.
— Waukesha Freeman
